PLACING AN ORDER
You may order online, using our secure ordering system, or you may call us at (414) 304-5760 or fax us at (414)
304-5761. We accept debit or credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
MONEY ORDERS
For customers who prefer not to pay by credit card or debit card, we do offer the option of paying by money order.
Please call us if you would like to pay with a money order.
PERSONAL CHECKS
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks for payment. Customers who want their order billed to their checking
account can use their debit cards as credit cards.
ONLINE SECURITY
Ensuring that you can place your order with the confidence that your credit card information will not be accessed is of
utmost importance to us.
That why we use Network Solution's SSL (secure sockets layer) protocol to encrypt communications
between users and web sites. Data sent via an SSL connection is protected by encryption, a mechanism that prevents
eavesdropping and tampering with any transmitted data.
SSL provides our customers with the confidence that private data sent to a web site, such as credit card numbers, are
kept confidential.
SHIPPING INFO
Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours (or less) after they are placed and will be sent by United Parcel Service, which
tracks your shipment and, for the most part, is more reliable than the Postal Service. Larger orders may take longer to process.
Please provide us with a mailing
address, not a P.O. Box when placing your order.
Orders usually will be received within two to five business days after they've been placed, depending on what part
of the country order is being sent to. Overnight and second-day shipping is available at an additional charge. However,
those charges are pretty steep. Please call (414) 304-5760 for more information.
Standard shipping charges are $9 and up, and are based on the total amount of your order. It may be
necessary at times to adjust your actual charge to reflex changes in shipping costs. We will however, keep
any changes to a minimum, and we will notify you of the additional charge and get your approval for that charge before
processing your order.
We will ship anywhere in the U.S., but are unable to ship to other countries. We will ship to military personnel
overseas if an APO or FPO address is provided. There is an additional charge for orders shipped to Alaska and
Hawaii to reflect higher costs of shipping to those areas. We will notify you via email of the actual shipping
charge and wait for your approval before proceeding with your order.
We prefer shipping all orders in the continental U.S. via UPS, but will ship via the Postal Service if necessary
(orders being shipped to military personnel overseas, for example). However, there may be an additional charge on
orders sent through the mail. We will notify you of any additional charge and wait for your approval before proceeding
with your order.
REFUND POLICY
All of our candy and gifts are 100% guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may
return the candy within 30 days. You may return it for a full refund (excluding all shipping charges) or a replacement,
whichever you prefer.
Because of health department regulations, only unopened candy may be returned.
We do not issue refunds on candy that melted in transit. If your candy is being shipped to an area where the
weather is over 75 degrees, we strongly encourage you to order an ice
pack or two.
