Ice Packs

If your order is being shipped to a hot weather climate, or if you're ordering chocolate, we recommend you also order at least one of these ice packs. This will help keep your order cool in transit.

Depending on the weather and the size of your order, you may need more than one ice pack. Here's a general guideline:

* If your order is $20 or less, one ice pack.
* $20 to $50, two or three ice packs.
* $50 to $100, at least three ice packs.

These guidelines depend on how much chocolate and gummy products are in your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Because ice packs will only last a few days, we normally only ship out ice-pack orders on Mondays or Tuesdays, depending on where the order is being shipped to. In most cases, orders placed later in the week that have ice packs are not shipped out until Monday.
Even though this will help prevent candy from melting, we do not issue refunds for melted candy. If the weather is too hot where you live, please hold off on ordering until it's cooler, or add numerous ice packs.

Examples of items that do NOT need ice packs: Candy Cigarettes, Candy Buttons, Sweettarts and other Sweettart-type candies (tart lipstick, Candy Legos, Sweettart Pacifiers), Smarties, most types of jawbreakers, Pumpkin Seeds, Marshmallow Cones, etc.

Note: Ice packs are reusable; just throw them back in the freezer until they solidify.
