What is Nostalgic Candy?
It's simple: Nostalgic Candy is the candy that you remember enjoying when you were a kid. If you grew up in the '50s or '60s, it might be Mallo Cups, wax lips or candy buttons. If you grew up in the '70s or '80s, you might remember things like Pop Rocks, Zotz or Wonka candies. If your favorite childhood candy is still made, chances are we have it NostalgicCandy.com.

In the good old days, it seemed like just about every neighborhood had a corner candy store, where kids went after school, plunked down their change and got their favorite candy. These days are long gone, but NostalgicCandy.com is your “online corner candy store.”

Is the candy fresh?
Absolutely! Even though some if this candy has been made for decades, doesn't mean we sell “old candy.” We receive fresh supplies several times a week and well sell it fast enough that it doesn't sit around for long.

How long have you been in business?
Our online candy store has been in operation since May 2000 and we have since grown to become one of the top online candy stories in the nation.

What makes you different from other online candy stores?
First of all, unlike most online candy retailers, you do NOT have to purchase a full box or case of your favorite candy. We have no minimum order, so if you just want to buy one package of Mallo Cups or just a half-pound of Atomic Fireballs, you can do that. If you decide to purchase by the box, however, you can save up to 20% off our regular prices.

Second, we also are a family-run business that takes customer service very seriously. If you have a question about a product or a problem with your order, you can give us a call at (414) 304-5760 and 99% of the time you'll get a real person to answer your call immediately. Our employees have a combined retail experience of more than 100 years and we realize that taking care of customers is the key to success.

We also work one-on-one with our customers for corporate events, class reunions, and anniversary and birthday parties. We can create custom gifts as well…just give us a call.

Finally, because we reach customers around the country every day, our candy is not just sitting around in somebody's basement. We are constantly restocking our shelves with fresh candy that sells quickly on the Internet.

How come I can't find my favorite candy from my childhood on your site?
If they still make that candy, chances are we have it. However, there are hundreds of candies from the '50s, '60s and '70s that are no longer being made. If you're looking for Bub's Daddy gum, Marathon Bars, 7-Up Bars, we're sorry but they're just not made anymore. If you still want to know whether one of your favorites is available, email us at sales@nostalgiccandy.com.

When will I receive my order?
We process most orders within 48 hours or less after they're received, larger orders may take longer, and, depending on what part of the country you're in, shipping takes three to five business days. If you need your order faster, we offer overnight shipping and guaranteed second-day or third-day shipping at an additional charge.

How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping rates on based on a graduated scale based on the size of your order that starts at $9.00. Click here for our complete shipping ratesand for more information on shipping.

Why do you ship UPS and not through the Postal Service?
UPS provides a tracking number that we send you once your order is shipped, so you can track the progress of your shipment. We also have found UPS to be more reliable than the Postal Service at about the same price.

Do you ship to outside the U.S.?
Sorry, we only ship to the continental U.S., and Alaska and Hawaii at this time. There are additional shipping charges for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii. The only exception is orders for military personnel that are shipped to FPO and APO addresses. We do ship to those addresses; however, there is typically an additional charge because those orders must go through the Postal Service.

If I'm not satisfied with my order, can I send it back?
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can send it back to us for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Some orders cannot be returned, including custom-made orders and gift box orders, if you have questions call us. Any candy that is returned must be unopened because of health department rules. Please call us first before returning your order.

Do you sell wholesale?
At this time, we are a retail operation only and do not sell to other retailers.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer free ground shipping on orders of $175 or more (excludes expedited shipping, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO). No other discounts apply on orders with free shipping.

Do you work with corporate clients?
Yes. We have supplied many companies - including Sprint, Mattel and Wells Fargo Banks - with candy and gifts for their corporate events. Our classic convertible cars and decade boxes, in particular, make great gifts for clients and co-workers. Many companies have used nostalgic candy as an “attention getter” at business expos and other events. We can specially create goody bags or gift baskets for your company, and can include your logo or promotional material on each item. Give us a call and we can work with you to come up with something to meet your exact needs.

Can I visit your retail store?
Unfortunately, we closed our retail store Debbie's Sweets 'n Treats in 2009 to focus on our growing online business. .
